	An iMortgage consultant will respond to your enquiry by phone or email
	When you are ready to apply the consultant will collect the appropriate information from you and then send you applicable documentation
	You send back the forms as well as validation of your identity and financial  position (everything you need will be advised to you at step 3!)
	Your application is assessed and when all conditions are met will proceed to approval and then settlement! Congratulations!

Our loans consultants will be available for you to contact by phone or email throughout the application process, and then our dedicated client services team will be there for you throughout the life of the loan
